These terms of sale govern Pro subscription sales offered by AltCV, published by ON'Dev, to consumer users.
The Pro subscription provides access to paid features (including CV generations beyond the free quota), as shown on the Subscription page at the time of purchase.
Prices are displayed in euros including VAT on the website before payment confirmation. Applicable rates are those in effect on the order date.
Payment is processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. AltCV does not store full card numbers.
The subscription is taken out for the selected period (monthly or annual) with automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date. Depending on active configuration, you may change plans from the Stripe customer portal.
You may cancel at any time from your account (Pro button, then Stripe customer portal) or by contacting the publisher. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the already paid period.
Under the French Consumer Code, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the distance contract to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If you request immediate performance of the service before the end of that period, you agree that Pro access begins without delay. Where the service is fully performed before the end of the period and you have expressly waived the right, withdrawal may no longer apply under applicable law.
To exercise this right, contact contact@on-dev.fr with your identity, account email address, and subscription date.
Where withdrawal is valid, refunds are made via the original payment method within the statutory time limits. Outside withdrawal rights or specific legal obligations, periods already started may not be refunded.
Payment confirmations issued via Stripe and technical transaction logs are deemed accurate unless proven otherwise.
